These are the Terms and Conditions between WILDROOTZ DENIM (Seller) and the holder of the wholesale account (Buyer), including their agents acting on their behalf.

FINAL SALE
Due to the nature of WILDROOTZ DENIM, with every pair a one-of-a-kind creation, wholesale is final. No returns possible.

CLAIMS
Any claims of defect must be brought to Seller’s attention in writing via email to hello@wildrootz.rocks within 7 calendar days of receipt. Buyer agrees that a 7 day period is a "reasonable" period of time to make such claims, and further agrees to inspect all merchandise within that time. Any rights to reject merchandise expires after this 7 day period. If a claim is made within the 7 day period, manufacturing defects will be replaced by Seller.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
WILDROOTZ DENIM will always try to ship as quickly as possible, but manufacturing of garments is a human process with many moving parts. While a shipping estimate is provided at the time of your order being placed, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, Seller will notify Buyer as soon as possible, however if a custom order is already in process, it may not be cancelled. If Buyer has a very specific delivery deadline, Buyer must provide this deadline at the time of order confirmation.

BY ACCEPTING & SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT.
